Billericay Town Walk

Meet in the car park behind Santander on Billericay High Street at 7:30pm for a historical tour of Billericay town centre, followed by a drink at the Coach  & Horses from about 8:30.

Committee Meeting

We’ll be looking at walks and Wednesdays for December – all contributions very welcome.

Sunday 18^th September

Canal Walk & Housewarming BBQ

We’re all invited to Harlow for a nice walk by the canal followed by a barbecue at Nigel and Maggie’s new house.

The walk starts at the Moorhen Pub (Burnt Mill Lane, Harlow, CM20 2QS) at 11am. We walk along the tow path of the River Stort towards Roydon and through parts of Lee Valley Park ending up at Broxbourne Railway Station (about 7 miles). Please bring a light snack for lunch although a pub stop on the way is possible for liquid refreshment. Back by train to Harlow Town. And then  back to Nigel & Maggie’s for BBQ. Please bring a bottle, and let Nigel know if you’re coming so he can ensure there’s enough food.
