Hadleigh Walk

John M

Join John for a walk along the Hadleigh and Leigh coastline, an often unremarked stretch that in fact has much to offer. We will visit Two Tree island (of Joseph Conrad fame) and its bird  reserve, hike to Canvey (largely founded by Dutch engineers), visit Hadleigh castle and have tea & cockles at Old Leigh. Meet in the car park on Two Tree island (not in the car park behind Leigh Station) at 10.30 and bring sandwiches.

Wednesday 16th October

The Lion, Boreham
