Hadleigh Castle & Leigh Marshes walk

Starting at 10am, this walk will take in Hadleigh Castle, the Ridgeback path to Old Leigh, Two Tree Island, the Thames seawall and the Olympic cycle track. Contact John for details. Please see this advice.

A Week in the Lake District

Provisional new date for our postponed Easter trip. We'll be staying in the Carlisle Diocesan Youth Centre at St John's-in-the-Vale, nestled in the North Lakeland hills, a remote and rugged location, yet only 4 miles from Keswick.

We've got the Centre for 5 nights. You'll need to bring a sleeping bag and pillowcase.

Location: St Johns-in-the-Vale CA12 4UB, grid ref NY306224, ///panics.multiples.steam. From A66 at Threlkeld, follow B5322 south for 1½ miles then turn right following signs for Youth Centre.

THIS TRIP IS POSTPONED UNTIL EASTER 2022

Galleywood Common and St.Peter's Way walk
