Wednesday Meetings, Weekends Away & Other Events
Wednesday 4th November
Birthday Meal – Viet Kitchen
We enjoyed our last visit to the Viet Kitchen in Victoria Road, Chelmsford, so much that it was an obvious choice for a return visit. Whilst it is very close to Ali’s birthday, really it’s just an excuse for a pig-out on one of their delicious Vietnamese set menus. Let Ali know by Wed 28th if you want to come, so we can book a table. Meal at 7:30pm.
The restaurant is in Victoria Road, CM1 1NY, nearly opposite the YMCA.
Wednesday 11th November

Planning events for February and trips for next Summer. As discussed at the AGM, as an experiment, we’ll be holding some of our committee meetings in a pub. Please feel free to join us, we’ll be at The Crown in Sandon. Sandon is about 3 miles south west of Chelmsford, near the A12 bypass, signposted from A1060 Maldon Rd (former A414).
