Sunday Walk – Arkesden

A little foray into the chalky downland of north Essex, taking in Arkesden, Chrishall and Elmdon. About 11 miles. Pubs on route, but please bring sandwiches. Meet opposite the Axe & Compasses in Arkesden (CB11 4EX) at 10:30am.

Nepal slide show

We spent ten days fighting for our lives amongst 5000m peaks with nothing but a snickers roll to sustain us (and the odd three-course meal) to bring you this slide show. See snow covered mountains, rickety bridges and a lot of stunning scenery.
