Wednesday 2nd December Room 101 Dave J So, if you could remove any one irritation from your life, what would it be? And if it came to a vote, how would you persuade others that you are right? Slack-jawed time-wasters in the supermarket? Noisy mobiles in the cinema? Dave will provide the theme, you provide the justification for the thing you find insufferable. An evening of catharsis. heart of the Black Mountains area of the Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales, famous for its wild mountains and rugged terrain. There is fantastic walking, right
from the front door, and there's a great pub a short stroll from the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse has central heating, a well-equipped kitchen with a catering stove, a spacious dining room and a large separate lounge with comfortable sofas and
a wood-burning stove. Beds have a bottom sheet, pillow and pillow-case, and a blanket. You need to bring is a sleeping bag or duvet. Directions: From Abergavenny, turn up onto the A479 at the Nant-y-Fin Cider Mill. Look for a sign on the right "Trans Wales Trails Cwmfforest Riding Centre"
about ten minutes drive up the road – if you see the Castle Inn, you have gone too far. Turn right into the lane, drive down the hill, around a hairpin bend,
past a couple of gates on the left, and at the bottom of the hill you will see the farm. There is no sign for the bunkhouse - it's situated on the left as you
drive into the farm. It’s a riding centre too, you will drive under a big sign saying 'Trans Wales Trails'. Postcode is LD3 0EU. Deposit £40 please to book your place. Total cost will be about £25 per day (for bed and all meals), plus about £25 petrol contribution for those sharing lifts from Essex. Note: Unless otherwise stated, Wednesday events start at 8.30pm at
the YMCA in Victoria Road,
