Wednesday 10th December Committee Meeting We’ll be sorting through events for March & April and looking at trips for next year. Everybody welcome. Saturday 13th December Christmas Party Following the same successful format we’ve had for the last couple of years, our party will be the usual mix of food, competitions and dancing. We will be holding our annual photo competition at the start of the evening with the usual categories of Best Portrait, Best Landscape, Spirit of CYHA and the caption competition. The rules of the competition are that the photos must be of a YHA event in the last 12 months and we suggest a maximum of 2 entries per category per person, 6x4in prints. Please bring contributions for a bring-and-share buffet and also any unwanted gifts or donations for the raffle. To find it (grid ref TL665108, see map) take the A1060 (Rainsford Rd./Roxwell Rd.) out of Chelmsford; turn right at lights into Chignall Rd., after 1 mile turn left (Mashbury Rd) signposted Chignall St. James. Hall is on the left after almost 2 miles. We’ll be asking for a donation of about £2 each on the evening to cover hire of the hall. Let Cress know if you’re coming and what food you’re bringing. The fun starts from 7.30pm. Bring your own drinks.
